He has a light and modern culinary repertory, influenced by Michelin Stars such as Alain Ducasse, Thierry Marx, Georges Blanc, or Yannick Alléno he met during his career.
His passion for cooking comes from his childhood while his grandmother prepared traditional Norman stews in her restaurant. «This was my grandmother who taught me to appreciate tasty good products», he says.
Benjamin is passionate about cooking - his dishes are always creative, delicious, and made from fresh local products. Every meal for charter guests becomes a true gastronomic experience.
