Yacht
ADMINISTRATION
- Guidance concerning all aspects of yacht ownership and compliances with regulations
- Advise and assist with Flag State Selection, yacht surveys, commercial compliance and yacht registration
- Advise on the company ownership structure
- Assist with regulatory compliance requirements – classification societies, vessel certificates and licenses
- Assess insurance liabilities and coverage, and assist with claims relating to the yacht and crew
- Communicate with the flag authorities and customs when required
Crew
MANAGEMENT
- Select appropriate crew and provide replacement if needed
- Check references, certifications and medical certificates
- Ensure that all requirements of the flag of the vessel are satisfied in respect of qualifications and certification of the crew
- Take care of employment contracts, required training, clothing
- Supervise and support the crew together with the captain
- Administer payroll, arrange transportation, including repatriation
- Interface between the owner and the crew
- Ability to dismiss crew members if needed
Technical
SUPPORT
- Provide an emergency response service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for major technical failure, crew or guest emergency
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, repairs and parts order
- Forecast costs, negotiate with contractors and shipyards
- Inspect and provide regular written progress reports
- Support captain with communication with Shipyard
- Appoint surveyors or technical consultants from time to time as being necessary.
Financial
Management
We handle the entire financial management of the yacht’s expenditures:
- Planning Annual Budget
- Monitoring budgets with accurate, detailed monthly accounts
- Setting up dedicated bank account and transfers
- Managing crew payrolls
- Arranging ship’s cash box and suppliers’ payments
Logistic and
Safety Regulations
- Provide and organise spare parts, fuel supplies, chandlery, special requests, etc… anywhere in the Med
- Develop and implement of safety measures on board to comply with the international
- regulations and the flag requirements
- Booking scheduled services of safety equipment
